An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you make a purchase from me, us, my site your contact details and purchase history is retained indefinitely for the sake of legalities, taxes, and proof of purchase. We do not purge purchase history. Ever. However, any future communications related to any purchase is optional and you may opt-out of such communications at any time. Barring technical difficulties and similar situations we strive to honor opt-out requests 100%.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes nor does it include wiping host provided server logs. Barring technical difficulties or technical errors server logs typically are retained permanently or for the maximum time allowed by law or by the host if less than permanent.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments are usually checked by hand by a human moderator and or may be checked through an automated spam detection service prior to reaching a human moderator.

Reporting Spammers

Since this is an independent aged domain we have had spammers for a decade attempt to imitate communications as if those were being sent by us. We have no control over such despicable rogue scammers. If you receive forged emails please report the forged emails to your ISP. Your ISP has a better job of tracking the source of the emails than we do, since the email traveled through your ISPs email system, not ours. I wish the penalty for forging emails was along the lines of capital punishment. I hate unethical spammers. Truly.

Additional terms of site use

This site is copyright Andre L. Bell. None of the content is to be used for any purpose other than information purposes or purposes associated with offers made. Through your use of this site and its contents you agree to release me of any and all liability for any errors of omissions, errors of commission, typos, negligence, or whatever. Any legal disputes arising as a result of this site will be handled within the city of Santa Maria, county of Santa Barbara, State of California, U.S.A. and you’re responsible for your own legal fees.

Basic terms of service for using my services: I maintain all rights to my intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by me, you have a non-exclusive license to use my copy or marketing materials produced for you. This means I maintain the right to “re-use” in non-competing environments the words, phrases, marketing approaches, etc I use in your project. And I retain the right to use my work as training and educational use in my marketing course or other materials. If you hire me to create marketing strategies, tactics, or deliverables of any kind, I will make one round of changes to correct factual inaccuracies and adjust for legal issues that are actual legal issues, and not just an attorney’s attempt to rewrite my content. Afterward I deliver to you the materials I believe will be most effective. If you want to change my work afterward, knock yourself out. Just don’t expect me to guarantee the results of changes you make. Additional terms may be available depending upon the nature of your project.

All purchases and subscriptions are final. Refunds will not be issued except in cases where a third-party seller or distributor explicitly provides a refund policy, or if there is verified misinformation on our part. Unless otherwise specified, please consider all purchases and subscriptions as non-refundable. We are not in the ‘refund’ business nor in the restocking nor reselling used goods business. So if you do not intend to keep your purchase please do not buy or subscribe. For us the right customer is always right the wrong customer is always wrong. We only work with the right clients–those with integrity who honor their purchases.

Any quotes, fees, or list of services are not meant to be considered all-inclusive. Nor are they a guarantee that anyone qualifies to work with me. I reserve the right to accept or reject any project or assignment for any reason or even no reason in the case of ‘sensitive’ situations. Fees may be ‘ball parks’ figures. They may be higher or lower than stated once I get additional details about the scope of your project. You’ll be informed of any changes and have the right to decline or accept those changes. And I reserve the right to decline or accept any project.

The SEC and FTC prohibit guarantees of specific income outcomes. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that you will earn a particular amount of money or receive any specific benefits by using my services. However, I believe I may offer a guarantee to refund any fees paid or provide additional support if we fail to meet mutually agreed-upon benchmarks. These guarantees are applicable only to specific offers that are explicitly outlined in writing and do not apply universally across this site.
