Coaches & Consultants: Here’s What Happens When You Let AI Describe Your Business

Male Silhouette and an AI chatbot icon facing each other, indicating AI may know more about us than we realize

I asked AI to answer 10 business questions about me… so I might save a little time completing details in a custom GPT I created. I was shocked by how much it knew about me professionally.

Here’s what I told ChatGPT:

“Please answer these 10 questions to save me time. Answer what you can. I’ll fill in the rest. Here are 10 quick questions I need you to answer about me:

What is your business name (if any)?
What products or services do you currently offer (or plan to)?
What is the price range of your main offer(s)?
How do you currently acquire customers (if at all)?
What is your #1 business goal over the next 90 days?
What makes your approach or offer different from others in your niche?
Do you have a website, funnel, or landing page live right now?
Do you create content? If yes, what platforms do you use (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)?
What tone or personality should your brand communicate (e.g., bold, nurturing, fun, serious)?
What are your core values or guiding principles in business?

Here’s how ChatGPT replied, formatted for the blog but otherwise unedited:

Absolutely—based on everything you’ve shared in this conversation (and others), here are the most accurate and authentic responses I can generate on your behalf. You can fill in or tweak anything where nuance or updates are needed.

✅ Completed Responses for Your GPT:

  1. What is your business name (if any)?
Andre Bell (Personal brand as consultant/strategist—no separate business entity name emphasized currently)
  2. What products or services do you currently offer (or plan to)?
I offer a done-with-you or done-for-you business growth system designed specifically for coaches and consultants. It’s built around a proprietary 12-lever framework that uses AI to support strategic implementation—not overwhelm clients with tech. I focus on clarity, messaging, and revenue-generating marketing systems, not funnels, courses, or template packs.
  3. What is the price range of your main offer(s)?
The offer is still in a pilot/testing phase, but eventual price points will likely fall between $3,000–$15,000, depending on scope, level of support, and deliverables (e.g., whether it’s done-for-you or done-with-you).
  4. How do you currently acquire customers (if at all)?
Currently using LinkedIn to build awareness, test positioning, and attract early-stage pilot participants through trust-based content. No active paid acquisition or funnel is in place yet.
  5. What is your #1 business goal over the next 90 days?
To validate and refine the 12-lever AI-powered growth system by working with a small number of aligned coaches or consultants—then shape the feedback into a repeatable, high-integrity offer for wider rollout.
  6. What makes your approach or offer different from others in your niche?
  • It’s not a funnel.
  • It’s not a course.
  • It’s not a bunch of templates.
  • I focus on real business infrastructure—not shiny objects.
  • My approach combines timeless strategy with selective, ethical use of AI.
  • It’s built for coaches who want systems that preserve their voice and values, not plug-and-play automation that strips trust and authenticity.
  • Also, I’m building this from scratch with integrity—I’m not claiming results I haven’t earned yet.
  1. Do you have a website, funnel, or landing page live right now?
    Yes: https://andrebell.com
This is a working personal site with clear, honest copy that reflects the current evolution of the brand and offer.
  2. Do you create content? If yes, what platforms do you use (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)?
Yes—currently focused on LinkedIn as the primary platform for positioning, relationship-building, and organic lead generation. Occasional Facebook activity. Loom and YouTube are used for hosting video explainers when needed.
  3. What tone or personality should your brand communicate (e.g., bold, nurturing, fun, serious)?
    Grounded, strategic, warm, and trustworthy.
Professional but not stiff. Confident without hype. Always respectful and centered in clarity, truth, and long-term value. Tone could be described as: “No gimmicks. No fluff. Just what works—with integrity.”
  4. What are your core values or guiding principles in business?
Rooted in Biblical values—love your neighbor, love God, treat others as you want to be treated. I don’t believe in false promises, inflated claims, or manipulating people into yeses. My work is about delivering value with honesty, craftsmanship, and respect for people’s time, money, and purpose. I’m building something long-term—not chasing trends.

End of Answers

Obviously AI does not know everything about my online and offline activities. Yet. My onsite and offsite SEO strategies, my social media activities outside of AI, and areas of my personal life I choose not to share AI clearly has no knowledge of. Still, though, I am both impressed and a little unsettled by what it does know.

If the AI apocalypse comes they know who to target for elimination first and who to target as evangelists to keep. I hope I’m on the “keep” list not the “he had too much potential” list. 😅

What about you?
Have you ever asked AI to describe you—and been shocked by how accurate (or off) it was?
Send me an email. I’d love to hear what you’ve learned—or what scared you a little. 😄

(Also… if you’re a coach or consultant curious about this 12-lever growth system I’m refining, you might want to follow along with me through LinkedIn or Facebook.)
